A refund will ONLY be issued if the product is damaged. You have 24 hrs from the time your item says delivered on your tracking page to provide adequate proof of the damaged item. A photo of the damaged product is REQUIRED.

We will also provide a full refund if your order arrives MORE than 3 days after your estimated delivery date provided by USPS.
